I enjoy the creative process, the creation of an idea or concept that can translate among platforms, installations and mediums alike.
I grew up in Malaysia, spending 16 years of my life there, before moving to London to continue my studies. Living there exposed me to unfamiliar cultures and perspectives that I carry through in my projects and creative processes.
Being able to move around a city that is completely different from one area to the next is what shaped my love for spaces. The way an area or building can tell a story or create a community. It's about walking down the street and feeling the air around you.
We live in and around them, they shape our moods and actions. I'm interested in how we can alter and adapt spaces to suit and create.
